Package Your Items
Carefully place your jewellery in its original branded box and secure it inside a padded envelope to prevent any damage during transit.
Ship Your Package
Affix the generated return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service point, ensuring you keep your proof of postage.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
